During my stay at Les Terrasses De Castelmerle, the hotel truly exceeded my high expectations in every way possible. The spacious room with a well-appointed ensuite shower room was a delight, boasting a clean and pleasant decor that exuded French charm. What truly stood out to me was the inviting communal space and shared kitchen, allowing us to enjoy a lovely breakfast on the terrace just outside our room, overlooking the breathtaking views of the mountains. The warm hospitality of the host, Lucette, made us feel like part of the family, despite the language barrier. Her homemade breakfast creations were a true highlight, showcasing the care and attention to detail she puts into every aspect of our stay. The proximity to the Ariege region for exploration and the nearby caving adventures further added to the exceptional experience. A true gem for a few days' retreat, Les Terrasses De Castelmerle is a testament to the beauty and warmth of French hospitality.
